Twitter Digest v2.4

I’ve updated the Twitter Digest plugin to deal with the Basic Auth mechanism going away on June 9. Basically my choice was to adopt OAuth or only fetch public tweets. I chose the latter, mostly because it was easier, but also because the impact on TD users was minimal. The one use case this change affects (when a private Twitter stream was being digested on a public blog) doesn’t make much sense anyway. I’m always open to complaints and comments, so let me know if this change messes up your workflow. If enough people complain, maybe I’ll look more into OAuth.

    Tim – great work.

Curious if there is any chance of adding an option to create a draft instead of direct publishing the summary?

Sure, that shouldn’t be too hard. I’ll put it on my list.
